I am the subject of criminal proceedings and intend to request an extract from my criminal record. Will this procedure be mentioned?

No, according to art. 371 CP, ongoing criminal proceedings are not mentioned on the criminal record extract for individuals.

However, if the procedure in progress concerns a crime or a misdemeanor, the existence of this procedure will be mentioned on the complete version of your criminal record accessible by the authorities (art. 366 al. 4 CP).
